"I am so happy I decided to get my eyebrows done by Sarah. I have never loved my natural eyebrows and seeing the before and after photos really shows how much of a difference properly shaped brows make to my appearance. Sarah mapped my brows to my facial structure, and walked me through her recommendations for the new shape and the color she used. "After an experience gone wrong, I reached out to Sarah for help in correcting my brows. WOW, I was so impressed with Sarah from the very first phone call! There were many texts exchanged and lots of prep but oh so worth it! My brows look amazing. Sarah is extremely professional, honest and skilled! I started this process in October and shared with Sarah that I would like to have nice eyebrows for Christmas. "I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I paid for what was advertised as a lifetime microblading class, expecting ongoing access and support. Instead, the website was suddenly deleted with no notice or explanation, and now my messages are being completely ignored. This situation is unacceptable and feels misleading. When you invest your money into something like this, you expect honesty, communication, and for the service to actually be provided. At this point, if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be taking legal action to recover my losses. Please be very careful before doing business with this person. Learn from my experience and avoid being put in the same situation."
